If there are fewer students than planned, the groups of 4 can be reduced. Just text us for a refund. If there are more students than what you have booked, you can add them by emailing us.

If there is a short rain shower, simply start later or pause the game. If the weather is really bad, you can cancel or reschedule the booking free of charge.

Teachers receive start codes for each group and hand them out. The groups enter the codes & start in 1 minute intervals.

Only one smartphone per group is needed. If the battery runs out, you can continue playing with the same code on another phone.

A game requires a maximum of 10MB. That's less than spending 10 minutes on Instagram or watching a YouTube video.

No, the game runs on a smartphone browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). So there is no need to download an app & it works on all smartphones.

No, you can freely choose the start time on the reserved day. This allows you to remain flexible. If there are a lot of classes or large groups (+100) playing on the same day, we will contact you individually to ensure that there is no overlap.
